The County Port Authority of Dubrovnik was established by the decision of the Government of the Dubrovnik – Neretva County on the 19th April 2005 for the purpose of managing, constructing and using the City Port of Dubrovnik and 15 other ports open to public transport on the port of Dubrovnik – Neretva County.
