Seatrade Cruise Med, the only gathering of its kind for the global cruise industry in the Mediterranean and its adjoining seas, returns to the Trade Fairs and Congress Center of Málaga, 11-12 September 2024.
VENUE: Trade Fair and Congress Center of Malaga (Av. de José Ortega y Gasset, 201, 29006 Málaga).
All MedCruise members might exhibit inside the MedCruise Pavilion, enjoying preferential treatment in terms of location, centrality and cost of space. The early bird deadline expires on 17 May 2024.

Exhibit inside the MedCruise Pavilion
Kindly find below some information on the various benefits MedCruise Pavilion exhibitors enjoy.
1. Exhibitor benefits
- 5% discount on stand space for MedCruise members within the MedCruise Pavilion up to 24 SQM
- If stand space is booked during the Early Bird window, then MedCruise members would receive a total of a 25% discount
- 10% discount on stand space for MedCruise members within the MedCruise Pavilion for
- anything over 24 SQM
- If stand space is booked during the Early Bird window, then MedCruise members would receive a total of a 30% discount
- 10% discount on any sponsorship packages for MedCruise members who have booked a stand within the MedCruise Pavilion
- Any MedCruise member that spends over €20K will receive an additional 10% discount on total spend
- All exhibitors are entitled to one free conference pass per 12 SQM booked
- All MedCruise exhibitors are entitled to a 60% discount on a full rate conference pass
2. Stand location
MedCruise Pavilion is always located in the center of the exhibition hall, attracting thus maximum attention of visitors and cruise lines.
The allocation of the individual stands inside the MedCruise Pavilion will be decided by draw. The division of the Pavilion into individual stands is carried out in such a way so that all MedCruise members are benefited in terms of location.
3. High booth construction standards
MedCruise Pavilion high standards ensure that all members exhibiting inside the Pavilion benefit from a quality stand construction including solid wooden wall structures finishing in water color, column and front structures decorated with MedCruise graphics, logo and member name on front-sign, carpet floor, basic furniture, socket points, spotlights etc.
4. Use of common MedCruise space
Most Pavilion exhibitors utilise the MedCruise common space (equipped with audio/video systems) to organise presentations, receptions, hold meetings, drink coffee etc. This common space forms a reference point for both port and cruise line executives.
5. Full-time technical support
During Seatrade Cruise Med, MedCruise exhibitors have full-time technical assistance with at least four technicians available on site.
6. Increased overall marketing presence
Last but not least, exhibiting inside MedCruise Pavilion, a MedCruise member creates a higher profile highlighting the fact that it forms part of a larger organisation, while remaining within the main features of the event.
