MedCruise was present at the 1st Posidonia Sea Tourism Forum that was held in Piraeus Greece 28-29 May 2013.
The conference consisted of specialized sessions on cruising and was organised under the auspices of MedCruise the Association representing cruises ports in the Med and its adjoint regions.
Among the subjects addressed in the cruise sessions were industry development and growth strategies in the East Mediterranean European cruise market growth and demand for the region itinerary planning new destination development innovation in shore excursion programs port privatization cruise marketing & sales new market development and future prospects for regional backyard markets.
Several MedCruise members and associate members were present taking advantage of the special participatory terms that their Association offered to them to promote their ports and destinations to the cruise lines and stakeholders represented both during the forum and the exchibition that took place in parallel.
