MedCruise Vice President and Dubrovnik Port Authority Mr. Kristijan Pavic was among the keynote speakers of the 2015 ediition of Adriatic Sea Forum.

This major event, organised by Risposte Turismo, was held on the 23rd and 24th of April in the MedCruise Port of Dubrovnik, Croatia, with MedCruise being a supporting organisation. In total, 40 international speakers from the 7 countries that face onto the Adriatic joined the discussion sessions and the other events featured during the two-day forum.

The 2015 Adriatic Sea Forum event, held in the Importanne Resort in Dubrovnik, was attended by operators, including tour operators, travel agents, shipbuilding companies, maritime agencies, port terminals and airports, marinas and harbours, nautical charter companies, shipyards, public administrations, local tourism promotion consortia and many others.

Among the speakers was also MedCruise’s Roberto Perocchio, Managing Director of Venezia Terminal Passeggeri and President of Assomarinas.

Kristijan Pavic and Roberto Perocchio both emphasised the need for greater cooperation among the countries that look onto this area of enormous potential, using their points of view to remind listeners of the extent to which economic development in the area is able to generate and safeguard sustainability.
