On Wednesday 24 May 2023, the newest Virgin Voyages’ vessel, Resilient Lady, arrived to Dubrovnik Port from Split heading to Kotor and Corfu. The new 108,232 GT cruise ship Resilient Lady, carrying Virgin’s distinctive style and measuring 266 meters in length, can accommodate 2,700 passengers and 1,150 crew members. She was delivered to Virgin Voyages by Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri in the Sestri Ponente shipyard in Genoa and embarked on the inaugural voyage on 14 May 2023.

After its inaugural season in the Adriatic, Resilient Lady will set off on a trans-continental voyage, arriving at Station Pier in Port Melbourne, Victoria, setting sail through Australia and New Zealand from 11 December 2023 until 27 March 2024.

The representatives of Dubrovnik Port Authority, City of Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik Tourist Board and Adriatic DMC travel agency, welcomed the cruise ship to Dubrovnik and exchanged plaques and gifts with Captain Marco Carsjens, wishing all passengers and crew a pleasant stay in Dubrovnik and calm sea on their voyage.
