Sevilla Cruise Port has officially launched its 2026 cruise season with the arrival of Azamara Journey, marking the start of a new 25-year partnership between Global Ports Holding (GPH) and Ocean Platform Marinas (OPM), in collaboration with the Port Authority of Seville.

From the first call of the year, Seville will benefit from the management of Global Ports Holding and Ocean Platform Marinas which, together with the Port Authority of Seville, aim to position the city as a cruise and megayacht destination based on a model of sustainable, high-value tourism.

The new chapter in the development of cruise activity in Seville will focus on sustainable tourism, operational excellence and infrastructure modernisation.

The 2026 cruise season is expected to include nearly 90 cruise calls between February and December, including maiden calls and homeport operations. This new phase will be supported by an investment of more than €5 million.
