Theodora Riga, President of MedCruise, attended the 7th edition of the Adriatic Sea Forum – Cruise, Ferry, Sail & Yacht, where she engaged in impactful discussions on critical topics shaping Adriatic maritime tourism. These topics included sustainability, transformative public policies, and strategies for extending the tourism season. She participated in a Round Table on Green Ports: Off-Shore Supply, focusing on initiatives such as ACCESS2NAPA, which is part of a larger global project aimed at strengthening the Northern Adriatic Sea route.
ACCESS2NAPA is spearheaded by the North Adriatic Port Association (NAPA), a collaboration among the port authorities of Ravenna, Venice, Trieste, Koper, and Rijeka. This initiative seeks to enhance connectivity and sustainability in the region by promoting efficient logistics and greener practices among member ports.
The session was moderated by Anna Esposito from the Port of Ravenna Authority and featured insights from Anna D’Imporzano, General Manager of Ravenna Cruise Civitas Port, and Alberto Cozzi, Head of Special Projects at the Port of Trieste Authority.
