How to register?
In accordance with the agreement with MSC and to give as many ports and partners as possible the opportunity to participate, two registration rounds have been organised.
Deadlines are mandatory, as MSC will offer for sale those cabins not occupied by MedCruise.
Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to MedCruise checking all the details provided.
We ask for your understanding in that we cannot consider registrations that are incomplete or missing data. Safety on board is of paramount importance to both our sponsor MSC and MedCruise.
Round 1: Opening in October 2023 – Closing 15 November 2023 (12:00 CET “noon”) – closed
After the opening of the registrations, each port and associate member will be able to register only one person by filling in ALL the required fields.
Round 2: Opening 15 November 2023 (12:30 CET) – Fully booked!
If at the end of the first round of registrations the number of cabins made available by our sponsor, MSC, has not been filled, MedCruise will offer the possibility of registering a second person from the same entity until full capacity is reached, final deadline being 6th of December 2023 at 12:00 CET (noon).
This person will have to meet the same commitment requirements.
Waiting List – Opening 23 November – Closing 4 December 2023 (12:00 CET)
All cabins provided by MSC Cruises are now fully reserved. To accommodate potential cancellations before December 6th, we are initiating a waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis.
