Profile
Having developed a multitude of services in each of the ports, TAM mission is to adapt its service offering to the needs of each location, also depending on the commercial space available. The driving force behind the business is the operation of Duty Free Shops, which combine high-demand international products from the tobacco, alcohol and perfume families with local products that give meaning to each place, such as souvenirs, food, wines and typical handicrafts.
All this together turns TAM stores into optimal and very attractive spaces from which they can offer more services such as: currency exchange, sale of telephone cards, sale of parapharmacy products, tourist information point, tasting of local products, areas destined exclusively for the crew members.
