64th MedCruise General Assembly, Tarragona
Important!
- Register after buying your flights and booking your hotel!
- Registration deadline: 24th May 2024
- The registration policy is 2 representatives per Port Member and 1 representative per Associate Member. Extra representatives’ participation can be discussed closer to the GA.
- Accommodation needs to be booked separately and directly with the recommended hotels.
- Transfers will be organized from Barcelona Airport, Reus Airport and the Camp de Tarragona high-speed railway station – to the official hotels (and vice versa).
- To streamline mobility in accordance with Tarragona Port’s sustainability policy, transfers are scheduled for Monday (afternoon) and Tuesday (morning/noon/afternoon) for arrivals, and Friday (morning/noon/afternoon) and Saturday (morning) for departures.
- Registrations with missing information regarding flights and/or accommodation will not be considered. Therefore, please make sure to book your flights and accommodation before registering for the event.
Who is attending?
MedCruise members and the Cruise community will gather in Tarragona, Spain, from 11th-14th June, 2024. The 64th General Assembly will be hosted by the Port of Tarragona.
MedCruise, with its inclusive membership, continues to be a vibrant organisation, advancing cruise activities in the region. The General Assembly provides a unique opportunity to come together to shape the future of our sector, in yet another beautiful cruise port of the Mediterranean and its adjoining seas.

– Plenary sessions, engaging conferences, presentations, one-to-one interviews, dynamic panel discussions and insightful explorations of trends in the cruise industry, all aimed at identifying best practices to serve the industry’s evolving needs and addressing relevant topics.
– Business-to-business (B2B) meetings that provide cruise companies with a unique opportunity to meet port representatives, celebrate achievements, discuss emerging and challenging issues and strengthen business relationships.
– The discovery of Tarragona’s unique venues with specially tailored events and menus.
– A Tarragona site and port inspection programme tailored-made just for you.
