Marseille Provence Cruise Club’s 25th anniversary

On July, 05th, the Marseille Provence Cruise Club celebrated its 25th anniversary, at the Marseille Provence Cruise Terminal, surrounded by the whole local cruise community.

250 people working with and supporting the cruise activity in Marseille Provence were reunited in a festive and friendly atmosphere.

Founded in October 1996, the association coordinates local ports and touristic initiatives to become today the 4th Mediterranean cruise port and the 1st French port.

The association is at the heart of the ocean and river cruise activity in Marseille and Provence and can count on more than 75 members, all local cruise supports: institutions, politics, cruise lines, shipyards, economic and touristic stakeholders such as guides, tourist offices, taxis, agents, retailers, etc.

At this occasion, the French Med Ports made it to Marseille, to celebrate with the Club 25 years of sharing and common work with a main shared goal: to develop the cruise industry on each territory, in a sustainable and reasonable way. This cohesion between ports was crucial in recent years to restart cruise calls in France.

As Medcruise says, #portstogether more than ever!
