Cruise Var Provence is a network of five boutique ports located in the heart of Provence and the French Riviera: the Ports of Toulon Bay, offering 4 berths and 2 cruise terminals, and four typical anchor ports tailored for intimate cruise experiences.: Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, Saint-Tropez, Fréjus, and Saint-Raphaël.

Within the Var-Provence ports network, Toulon nestles between mountain and sea, in what is considered the most beautiful, widest, and best sheltered bay in Europe, protecting the port from prevailing winds, allowing full accessibility to the ships, whatever the weather conditions are. This makes of Toulon the most reliable alternative in the French Med.

Thanks to its two complementary Terminals (Toulon Downtown + La Seyne sur Mer) the port provides facilities able to accommodate all segments of the market and sizes of cruise ships, including the world’s largest ones:

  • TOULON DOWNTOWN terminal – Recognized today as a boutique port, located at the heart of the city centre , it allows the guests and crew to easily reach the promenade along the marina with its many restaurants and cafes, the main shopping-mall (Mayol with its 80+ boutiques), the old medieval quarter and its picturesque Provencal street market (the biggest one in Provence), its fountains, shady squares, shops, workshops, art galleries, chic quarter from Baron Haussmann including the impressive Opera house, its museums and monuments. A bus or taxi ride away, guests can enjoy a cable car ride to reach the top pf the Mont Faron hill, offering a wide range of activities for all, while offering a breathtaking panoramic view over the bay and the neighboring coast. Alternatively, guests and crew can enjoy a beach experience at Le Mourillon seafront park and beaches, which is accessible by bus or by walk (10 to 15 min walk).
  • LA SEYNE cruise terminal – Opposite side of the bay, it offers bigger capacities than Toulon downtown, allowing to accommodate amongst the biggest ships (up to 350m long). An exclusive shuttle boat service is available to reach Toulon city center by a scenic crossing through the bay (10 minutes). The picturesque town center of La Seyne sur mer, is 15 min away by walk, while the Beach resort (Park & white sandy beaches) of Les Sablettes are 4kms away.
  • Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer:
    After spending some time on shopping or sunbathing on the wonderful Beaches of Les Lesques nearby the tender pier, Cruise Passengers can reach the Old Quarter also called Provencal Village. They will discover the famous French Sculptor Bartholdy’s Replica of the Statue of Liberty and If the Cruise Call in planned on a Sunday, will also enjoy the biggest Sunday Provencal Market. Why not extend this experience by a nice hiking stroll on the coastal footpath running from the Port of La Madrague to the Port d’Alon, to reach breathtaking picturesque little fjords (locally named “calanques”) or visit the famous the nearby Calanques de Cassis Coves by boat. The famous Bandol vineyards surrounding Saint-Cyr sculpt the landscape and wine growers here are always willing to share their passion. Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer is also renowned for its f sea front golf course: “Fregate Golf club” designed by Californian architect Ronald Fream. Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer is close to world known cities like Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Cassis & Le Castellet Medieval Village but also offers a large choice of new and more confidential tours. 
  • Saint-Tropez:
