This Port Network Authority has proven to be able to overcome this challenging time, by bringing about opportunities for both the port and the whole community of the port-city of Taranto, which for years has been demanding a change in terms of perspective. As illustrated in the attached presentation, the PNAIS’ efforts have had concrete results in terms of events organization, infrastructure development, services improvement and community building. This is why we believe Taranto port has demonstrated the best capacity for adapting during the COVID-19 pandemic.
